It's been 17 months since I was last at my hairdresser's beautiful salon (they've actually now totally relocated, and I've never set foot inside the new place). I shaved it all off in May last year. I was sick of it, I just didn't have the energy to style it as I was recovering from a big neurological flare up and energy was precious, so I just buzzed it 💪Best thing I ever did. The last time I shaved it was 4th July this year, down to a number one, I haven't touched it since - I'm just seeing what happens 🤷♀️ Normally hairdressers would thin the shit out of it as there is A LOT of hair. But let's see what happens when we don't thin it out! 🥳 Bit of an experiment while nobody sees me at work every day! 😁 I'm WELL EXCITED for the mullet part... I'm getting there! It's starting to become weird at the bottom at the back, I feel like it's only a matter of weeks away... 🥰😃🤣 Plan is, just keep going till it's long enough for my curl to come back in, then see where I end up. No pressure, no expectations (apart from the mullet, it's an inevitability and I'm HERE for it thanks to watching @bradmondonyc videos on FB 🙌🥰), no real end goal apart from not having to go back to a hairdresser again, ever, just let it be exist in its own glory. Professional haircuts don't fit in with my pandemic plans. And I just can't be arsed 🤣 Guyz, do what the fuck you like with your own hair! Ignore what other people think you should do. Shave it, grow it, have it silver like me, don't and dye it, dye it NEON, try cutting it yourself, whatever you want!! I might end up with an undercut again, I did really love an undercut... It's just hair 🤷♀️🥰 #WhatMustardMade #SilverLocks #SilverHairDontCare #MulletIsPending (at Ryton, Tyne and Wear) https://www.instagram.com/p/CFjaKvhBu6T/?igshid=41itirswh6vk
