Can you just stay in tg fandom?

I AM in the Top Gun fandom....but I'm also in many other fandoms. Hence the mention in my About section that I am a "multifandom blog"

People can have more than one interest, and Top Gun is one of mine, but so are about a dozen other things

I know people can do what they want, but it still saddens me as a multimuse and multifandom blog owner to see entire groups of people turning down crossovers or even on different fandoms without even giving them a chance or trying. Why is this a prevalent attitude now? Some of us love more than one fandom and want to bring our favorites with us to another fandom and now hating crossovers is the norm. It makes me feel so depressed and feel like I should only write for one fandom, and that feels wrong as no one should be pressured to feel like they are wrong for preferring multiple fandoms or moving fandoms.

At least give people a chance and politely turn them down.
