Noa Day 4 His retraction is a little worse today so they're going to try and see if they can give him all of his meds through IV to help with the pain in his neck. He is still not eating a descent amount so they're going to get a speech pathologist and another person to try and help with his eating. I guess they are trained to help use tricks to get children to est or something. Later he will get another assessment and the doctors will have a meeting with me about what the next course of actions will be. In this picture you can see his throat retracting quite a bit. It got a little worse last night. Hopefully his swelling goes down with the steroids that he received.
