I told myself if I had done nothing on a piece of writing by 12:30 I would go to bed, because I was feeling really tired and almost on the verge of passing out at like midnight.... and then I opened a coke and everything went downhill and now here we are at 3am AGAIN f***ing off. -_-What movie did you watch!!! Yeah, it's a DNA concept map, and quite honestly I have no clue what I am doing. The assignment says to include tRNA, rRNA, mRNA, codon, anticodon, P site, and protein. Time to dust off the stuff I learned in anatomy. I feel like I'll be able to somehow pull this off, but I've never made one before and I have to use a software that I have never used before. So I'm a little confused, but oh well. My professor said that as long as it makes sense, it's good lol.

if the process itself is confusing theres a lot of REALLY helpful videos on youtube that explain/animate it. The software part sounds a bit complicated but I’m sure you’ll be able to do it well!! hopefully that part isn’t frustrating~ krystal hwaiting !!

It reached the time in the semester when you’ve finally settled into the monotonous routine of college life. Yet another year of over working yourself to guarantee yourself a stable job. You’re used to cooping yourself in a room surrounded by your textbooks and scrambled pages of notes, pulling all nighters to finish your impossibly long and complex homework.

Early in the semester you ended up coming late to class because you overslept, and the only seat available, without having to walk down to the front of the lecture hall, was next to this really handsome guy with a very soft and charming vibe. He had that really sweet and endearing look, so you quietly sat down next to him.

For some reason, since you overslept you had nothing to write with in your entire bag. You sat their rummaging through your bag to find anything to write with because now people are starting to turn their heads at your rustling. The guy next to you clears his throat.“Uh…you need a pen?” he asks with a chuckle, holding out the pen he was just using to write with.

You sheepishly accept his offer out of embarrassment. “Thanks,” you mutter.

“I’m Jaehyun by the way,” lifting the corners of his lips into a subtle smile, showing off his incredibly cute dimples.

While getting the notes from him that you missed earlier you both exchanged numbers. So from then on you would always sit next to him in class, and even spend 2 to 3 nights a week studying together.

Fast forward to the night before your midterm for your class. You had already taken two exams, but hadn’t done so hot. So this next one would really make or break your grade for the semester. You spent the entire week studying with Jaehyun at his place since his roommate was never there. Having him quiz you with his flashcards, making up application problems and filling out practice tests for hours on end. Without realizing it you look at his bedside clock to see it read 2:37am.

“Shit!” you gasp, “Oh my god I didn’t even notice how late it was,” hurriedly packing up your things to go back to your dorm.

“Hey where do you think you’re going?”

He grabs your hand to stop you from what you’re doing because you didn’t even hear him.

“It’s late out, you shouldn’t be out at this time of night. Especially since you live on the other side of campus.”

“But where-”

“You can crash here for the night,” finishing your thought before you can even get out your words, “I don’t mind” he adds with a sweet smile.

“Are you sure..?” you ask innocently raising your brow.

“Of course I’m sure,” he chuckles getting up from seat to head to his dresser. He pulls out one of T-shirts and tosses it at you, “Here, you can sleep in this.”

You catch it just before it hits you square in the face, getting a quick wiff of his scent off his shirt as he turns around to face the wall.

“I won’t look I promise,” raising his hand as if to swear an oath.

Hesitantly you start disrobing. You’ve known Jaehyun for a couple months now so this isn’t completely outlandish. It’s actually kinda cute. Him being the incredibly charming guy he is there was always playful flirting between the two of you, but it wasn’t something you thought about often. You finally pull his shirt over your head, it falls halfway down your thighs.

“Okay you can turn around now,” sensing the uncertainty in your voice, he slowly turns to face you. His eyes go wide once he sees you in nothing but his T-shirt that looks like a dress on you.

“You look…..comfy,” he laughs with a rosy tint creeping across his cheeks as he rubs the nape of his neck.

“It was your idea,” you snort.

“And it was a great one,” he hums showing off that dimply smile once again. Sending butterflies to your stomach.

Since his roommate wasn’t going to be back that night, he would sleep in his bed and you would sleep in Jaehyun’s bed. Once you get comfy in his bed, he goes over to change his clothes. Pulling his shirt off his back to expose his muscles causing you to let out a sharp gasp. You realize you were literally just gawking at him so you immediately cover your mouth.

He turns around with a puzzled expression, his shirt at the ends of his arms showing his bare arms and back. mother of god

“Something wrong?” he asks almost playing coy.

Shaking your head in response, he pulls the rest of his shirt off to switch into another one of his sleeping T-shirts. Undoing his pants and shimming them down to his ankles, leaving him in only boxers you can feel your face burning.

He walks over to turn the main light off then heads to the bed across from you in the tiny dorm room.

“Goodnight y/n~” he sings sweetly. It’s dark but you can hear him smiling through his words.

“Goodnight” you reply.

Staring up at the ceiling for what feels like hours, trying to get your mind to stop racing a thousand miles an hour. Only 5 minutes have passed. For some reason you can’t get in a comfortable position to fall asleep. Is he still awake…?

“Jaeyhun….?” you whisper in his direction.

“Hm?”

“I can’t sleep” letting out a sigh.

“Um…well” he trails off.

“What?” you get the feeling that you will immediately regret asking.

“If you can’t sleep……we could have sex?”
