you will never truly understand my struggle
This just came into my mind out of nowhere but now I need it everywhere. Delphine, Cosima, and Tony (and maybe Rachel IDK) at a pride. I NEEEEED this
*rubs hands together with glee* I enjoyed writing this one. Hope you enjoy reading just as much.
And I just have to say, in what universe would I NOT force Rachel Duncan to attend a pride parade?!
——-
"Would you please stop swaying like that?” Rachel Duncan was not amused. First, she had been forced to attend this….event with her clones. Then she’d been forced to wear subpar attire that was far too colorful and that sparkled. Then she’d been subjected to one of her clones, perched on Delphine’s shoulders, swaying topless and waving her arms to hideous music. It was bad enough that her brother clone had borrowed Felix’s assless chaps.
"Whatsa matter, Rach, embarrassed?" Cosima’s cheeky grin flashed down at her, dreadlocks swinging wildly as she continued to dance on top of Delphine’s shoulders.
Rachel rolled her eyes. “Remind me again why I’m being subjected to such treatment?”
Tony laughed and slung an arm around Rachel’s tense shoulders. “Lighten up, proclone!” Rachel didn’t think her eyes could roll any more violently. Felix had called her that in front of Tony and he’d immediately adopted it as his own. He’d been trying to get her to call him ‘broclone’, on account of the rhyme somehow being amusing. Rachel categorically refused. “We’re here, we’re queer, here have a lil beer.” He shoved a plastic cup into her hand with some questionable carbonated alcohol, which Rachel refused to call 'beer'.
"Well, you may all be 'queer', as you so quaintly put it, but I -"
She was cut off from her verbal dissent by three raised eyebrows and incredulous expressions. "What?"
"We've all seen the way you look at Sarah, Rachel." Cosima taunted. "You're just as gay as the rest of us. Probably gayer. Embrace it."
Rachel sighed.
send me a prompt and i'll write a 3-5 paragraph minific
the psats are pure art young sensi. I was hoping you would ask why dolphins are on leashes or why we need to improve the thing but you didn't ask those questions, SO INSTEAD I MUST BEDAZZLE YOU because you've never SEEN the grand canyon
Did you sneak out so much that your parents had to put a motion sensor outside your door?
hahahaaaaa! this is because of the tags on the last post i reblogged isnt it? oh this is so funny
that’s actually at my grandfathers house but i sleep there a lot (he lives alone since my nana passed a few years ago so i stay over heaps so he’s got company). And for as long as i can remember there’s been a light in the main hallway cos my nana used to wake up in the night and go for random walks in the middle of the night, so the light was to wake up my grandfather so he could go with her so she wouldn’t get lost or hurt herself.
but to me this was a challenge to get into the kitchen without him waking. The lollies were in the cupboard that squeaked so i learned to move slowly and quietly enough that i could get to the kitchen without the sensor seeing me and then open the cupboard. Then I learned about WD-40 and the game got so much easier!
Now they call me the silent walker at home
(I've scared my family too many times by "appearing" out of nowhere- camp is fun)
