Whatever you do just hang in there. Better times are on there way. Storms don’t last forever. That’s all it is. That moment you are in. Its not going to last forever. Anyone else feel like this? Like if you pull even just one thread all the pieces will snap and there will be beads all over the floor? I felt like this so much but I really didn’t know until I started slowly unpicking those threads really how I felt. I was the centre of the knot. I didn’t know there was even a thread to pull at sometimes. I didn’t have the right words to ask for help. Then I made the choice I could stay inside the knot with people pulling the threads for me and the knot just getting tighter and tighter around me Or I could start taking hold of those threads myself. Start taking baby steps Wiggle out of the knot then start unpicking each bit. Before I knew it those tangles got less and less. And now I truly feel like I’m live a life with fulfilment and passion for the things that matter. I want the same for you. I want to be the one that helps you out of your knot. Hold your hand and help you see the threads to pull to get you living with more fulfilment & more passion. My mission is to change the lives women in overwhelm. Right. I’m going to be honest with you for a sec! For years I’ve made excuses- actually most of my life. - I can’t do that 5 mile walk - my knees hurt, I can’t do my GCSE’s - my mum is ill! I can’t have a more simple life, a happier home because ya know I’ve got a million kids. When you stop with the excuses, stop putting up so many barriers things do get a lot easier & a lot clearer.
