Day 213: I.aM.mE @ Munchbar
I was seriously starting to believe that I was not going to make it out to the Munchbar tonight. I couldn't find a ride anywhere.
Chaco and Justin came to the rescue! We went to session at Delridge Community Center. I wasn't really in the mood to session because I was super hungry and tired. I tried though. Practiced Chaco's little head freeze thing. Terry (from Massive Monkees) showed up. I haven't seen him since school was in session/the after school program ended. He forced me to get off my butt and helped me find ways to stick the freeze a lot better. (:
Alright. So. At the Munchbar. IT WAS PACKED. Way too packed. All of the battles were hot. The exhibition - Emilio & Brandon "747" (I.aM.mE) vs. Isiah Munoz & Yoshi Wright (I think...), holy crap. It was intense. Chaco, Justin, and I got pushed back during those rounds, but we were right where I.aM.mE's booth, so I guess there was a plus side to it.
I got their autographs on my WWU KhSA shirt! WOO! Chachi momma is so awesome. She noticed me waiting there with my shirt and told me to toss it to her for Chachi to sign (she was busy eating, but still took the time to do so). Such a sweetheart. I gave her my bracelet and she put it on right away. BFFs, yeah, son. (:
Got to chat with Isiah a little while he was signing my shirt. He think my name is cute and is going to follow me on Twitter. Maybe Lalia is right. We could be soulmates. LOL.
Life is so good right now. Except I didn't get a picture with Brandon. It's okay. He noticed me there.
