"Pathological Facade" by GHOST-- I admit blorbo reasons are half the reason I like this song so much, but it FUCKS (I highly recommend the music video, but caution for rapid movement and imagery regarding pills!)

"Sun Goes Down" by Lil Nas X-- I have been listening to sooo much lil nas recently, so I forced myself to pick just one off the album <3

I feel like Robin absolutely has to be the lab partner, she's so intelligent, and it would be fascinating to get her input on things! (Plus if you'll let me indulge my crush on Robin for a moment, it would make for a great AU setting in a Fanfiction. Maybe if she is my lab partner we could fall in love).

That puts Vivi in the elevator because as much as I like Buggy, he would be a LOT to be stuck in an elevator with for 10hrs. Mostly because he would get panicky and backstabby. Vivi would be nice to spend time with, and would be positive and determined to get us out, which would be a great vibe for the setting. She's good in a crisis.

Which leaves Buggy at McDonald's, which is quite frankly a hilarious image. People would be constantly mistaking him for a knockoff Ronald McDonald, which would infuriate him in the funniest way. I imagine there would also be hilarious shenanigans where like pieces of him would get mistaken for burger patties. If I could get him to actually do work while training him, his chop chop fruit would make him very efficient when it comes to cooking and grabbing things.

The Orchard

The sky is a grey-white,

Fading into the horizon,

Framed

By strange shades;

Gnarled trees.

The apples of which hung from their drooping boughs

In the state of warm autumn,

Lie rotting in a frozen state beneath

The blanket of snow.

In the still air that is those

Rough hewn rows of the apple orchard,

Nothing is heard;

Simply white noise,

To match the muted silence

Of the orchard colours-

The whites and grey,

Their slight taste of licorice and peppermint,

A forgotten memory

Dulled by the taste of bitter cold;

That of the melt of

Ice upon your tongue.

It is,

Only once you

Pause,

And inspect that clouded taste

That a sweet marmalade

Seeps into your senses-

A tart twinge, honeyed,

In that rich orange.

The rich flavours

Are clustered in those twisted boughs,

Apples of the winter season;

The robins,

Nesting for the night,

you're gonna get a whole story with this one THIS SONG reminds me of a dream I had once had!! in which our spaceship was in Crisis Mode as you do when you're flying a ship in space and exist within a story and we found another spaceship by chance to refuge in while we were able to fix our own ship. the ship belonged to a middle aged woman and was built like the memory of a house with windows and stairs and a big garden, dining table made to fit a family. she had us all in her living room while she prepped things in the kitchen for us to eat and she kept repeating over and over "oh just wait until you meet my daughter! she's just coming in from the garden! I'll get her to play a song on piano when she comes in!" slowly we realized something was kind of off as the daughter never came in through the door despite promises she would be home soon. turns out the daughter had been dead for 10 years and the woman continued to convince herself that she would come home through the front door at any moment, that she was just out for a short errand and then I woke up

this song has the exact vibes of that dream and I think that's cool
