wanted to really lean into the horror movie vibe. murderplier poster, as suggested by @captain-wordy-and-nerdy! this one was really fun to make :D feel free to suggest some other ipliers <3 and as always, this is 100% free to use for whatever you feel like. go ham!

'Casual talk, okay, I can do this.' She carefully picks up the water and chips ahoy, taking a sip of the drink before munching on one of the cookies. "Pleasure to meet you, Sero.. I go by Frost. Apologies again for my uh... awkward arrival. I swear I don't always get like that." She focuses on the other stuff he said. "Being a cryptologist sounds neat! I don't know too much about cryptids myself, but they seem cool." 'Just focus on the conversation, nothing else. It's fine.'
She has his full attention... After all it's not often a vict- stranger wanders into your safe house just to say hi! "Ah not many folks into it sadly, but I find them fascinating! What about you?" He leans forward in his seat, despite the glasses it's clear he has full stare on her face. "What do you like to do?"
"I uh, w-well I--" Cue the slight stuttering from Frost as she shifts in place awkwardly. "Water and uh... cookie, yeah... Sorry to uh, just barge in, unannounced, was just curious on who you were and all that." She makes her way over to the armchair he motioned to, sitting down in it cautiously.
"Oh no bother at all! None at all! Always happy to have a visitor or two!" He shuffles around grabbing the packet of chips ahoy and a glass of water to set on the coffee table nearby then plonks into an armchair adjacent "So I suppose I should introduce myself. I go by Sero to most people, I'm a cryptologist?.. Cryptid Enthusiast? Uhh- I research cryptids, ghosts, the paranormal that kinda thing!" It's totally not a cover for his real line of 'work'
