It's a crow with a big poofy hat on its head and a broom tail. Its thin neck emphasises the collar below it. Along with the tucked-in wings, it looks like it's buried in a big coat. I love its crooked beak shape and tired eyes. You'd expect it to evolve into a witch, but its evolution pulls a fast one on you

SURPRISE, it's a mafia boss! It's a perfect bait and switch. You can see how all its prevo's features connect to this design. Its hat smoothes over into a stylish fedora, and the high collar gets a big fur trim. Admittedly its tail gets the short end of the stick here, but all its personality makes up for it. It's loud, it's proud and it'll stick its minions on you if you misbehave
