Meadowbrook: You see, my father left our herd when he was young and became a champion’s pokemon. He eventually found his way back here to continue to lead our herd with what he learned.

I wish to do that as well! My stats are nearly perfect AND my IV’s are impeccable. As such, I will only let a trainer as talented as me even think of catching me. Sadly, the trainers who come through this forest seem to be… rather mediocre. So I must take a more proactive approach!

Missy: I mean, you know that champions are made, not born, right? And ain’t this whole thing about going on a journey with your trainer?

Meadowbrook: Exactly! And I shall only be caught by the best one!
