Yesterday's workout was my double-header day: Strength training first, then a barre workout a few hours later. Felt pretty good, now I think of it. I'll probably make the double-header a weekly event.

Today: Rest. Unless it involves moving furniture or baby. (It helps that I'm starting to recognize my reflection again when I pass a mirror or some other reflective surface.)
