SWORD ART ONLINE HEADCANON:

Kirito had a few extra enterprise-level servers lying around, so he just decided to host his own Minecraft server.

Firstly, it's not VR, so Kirito loves it!

Asuna tried her best to recreate the cabin and made sure her and Kirito's beds were next to each other.

Klein built himself a castle and is very proud of it, even though it's kinda basic-looking.

Sinon surprisingly knows quite a bit about Redstone. She has a pretty huge storage of everything farmable.

Silica has pet bees. She also got a cat and (of course) named it Pina. It looks kind of like her IRL cat. (Fun fact: Silica's IRL cat is where Pina got her name!)

Lisbeth got full diamond armor in the first few days of the server. Then, she got bored and started helping Silica find every cat color for the achievement.

Agil and Trish don't have time to play. With the little time they have spent on the server, they built a place next to Kirito and Asuna's cabin. They also have matching skins.

Somehow, Kirito found a way for Alice to play. She's fascinated by the game's world. She moved into a village and is constantly working to improve its infrastructure and defenses.
