Mutuals who are older than me what’s the normal amount of existential dread for a 24 year old
Speaking from the other side of that experience...the answer is yes.
Not helpful, I realize.
I'm 33 (my birthday is later this year). I have a fiancé and a young daughter. And I can tell you that while the existential dread will never fully leave, you learn to ride it rather than letting it ride you.
Meantime breathe, stretch, drink water, and find exercise or some other movement that you enjoy doing. (More for the mind-body connection than anything else, although building lean muscle mass is a nice bonus.)
