Oakley was one of the least annoying of his co-workers so when he was asked to go on patrol with her by their boss, Malachi agreed so now he was sat in their cop car, looking out the window as he waited for her to get back with coffee. Seeing her coming out, he tapped his watch a couple of times, bringing up the time on the display for her. "What took you so long?"

Malachi removed his jacket with a light wince, it was late at night and he had been gone all evening so he was trying his best to not wake Amy up so he hung the jacket up and headed into the kitchen to get himself a beer, keeping the light off. Suddenly, the light came on, causing him to jerk just a bit too hard and winced in pain, seeing Amy stood in the doorway of their kitchen. "What the fuck do you want." It was more of a statement than a question as he turned his back to her again, drinking that beer.
