“But dad.  It wasn’t,”  Haruhi rubbed her father’s back, “You just need to wear it more.  People will comment on it.”

Ranka sighed, “I know. I was just really excited for this one because we both worked on it.  I wanted to brag about you.”

Haruhi smiled, “Dad.  Don’t you always want to brag about me?”

Ranka hugged his daughter and kissed her head, “Yeah.  I do.  You have called me out, sweetie.”

Bonus:  I never write Kotoko, but this song inspired me to give it a go.

“People tend to listen when they see your soul,” Kotoko knew she was sick.  She wanted to pass on as much wisdom as she could to her small child.  She rubbed Haruhi’s head, “So always be yourself, ok?”

“Ok Mommy,”  Haruhi’s large brown eyes met her mother’s, “I promise.  I wanna make you proud!”

“You already have,” Kotoko held Haruhi as close as she could.

“ i assure you, the map is correct.”

          He’d checked and rechecked it that morning, what with the importance of such a destination and the need to arrive swiftly and accurately ; despite that, somehow, there’s a disconnect between what the environment and direction tell him.  And so there’s a contemplative frown that adorns his expression, brows furrowed, and then he peeks over.                                        “Or maybe it isn’t ------  who knows?  We could try asking ; someone                                           should know, right?”

"We should get something for your family here!”  Not here the region ; not here the region ; here the store.  It’d perhaps not been his first choice based on outward appearance, but it’d been serendipitous upon investigation nonetheless.  And where there’d been nothing shortly prior, there’s now a box of something or another tucked under his arm, package black and matte, and there’s an additional tilt to his head ---  and it does little to sway the enthusiasm at the idea.  “What do you think, Yuuri?  Is there anything you saw you think they’ll like?  Because on the other side --------”

          It’s hard to remember a time when Hasetsu was nothing more than something he knew existed, and already it’s becoming intrinsic ; it’s nestled into his steps, in how they roll languidly with the waves and breeze, into a sun warm sense of community and closeness ( how quickly they’ve drawn him in ).

          No more is there an urgency blared loud, and at first it’d been unsettling —  a ringing silence that’d left him searching ( he’d found peace in it ).  And he’s found so much more in these walls, though they’ve not been immune from the town’s small surprises.  In stealing breath or gifting gaiety ( either way Viktor relinquishes himself ).

          And so it’s the small things that capture him and add another pound to the anchor tying him to Hasetsu, memories adorning it, and this’ll become another one of those ghosts.  A hand against him as words fall meaningless against his ears ( they’re English from the sound, but he can’t will enough attention to decipher them ) ; the touch is warm, too.

          It’s a warmth he’s sought since arriving ( but it’s different, so, so different from what the rest of Hasetsu’s allowed him —-  and he hungers it ), and should he chase it when offered then so be it.  It’s something so simple as a grin as wide and reflective of what he’s found here and in him, so simple as drawing Yuuri forward into an embrace.  So simple as this bubble.                                           “There’s still a lot of work to do for you to be anywhere near                                            ready for competition, but you did great today, Yuuri ; the free                                            skate is really starting to come together!“

Same honestly! Ever since I’ve seen the Guild. She’s been a favourite of mine and I love seeing her in Supernatural too. Ah-- I don’t think I did? Though I think I should so thanks for suggesting that ~ think I’ll see that after i finish this dlc <3

Hiyori was pleased by the new cafe he had discovered; while he certainly had his preferences due to frequenting them so often, novel locations brought with them their own charm. Perhaps the principle aspect of such visits was the new drinks he was able to taste while reading or studying ( it added a sense of anticipation to his days of routine, ones which often bore a stringent sense of loneliness ). Today, he had before him a blended coffee drink which was colored pink, apparently to capitalize on its advertised strawberry flavor. 

Leaning forward to take his first sip, the thin straw between his lips, Hiyori’s hazel gaze caught sight of a familiar visage at the table across from him. Blond hair, magenta eyes, cherubic face: there was scarce chance of mistaking it. Should he feign ignorance? Yet it was too late, for to refrain from speaking now, he would either display himself to be dismissive for snubbing Nagisa, or ridiculous for his failure at recognition. Hiyori’s path was set, regardless. With his cup in hand, he approached the other table and offered a genial grin. “You’re Nagisa, right? You probably don’t remember me, but we met at the All-Japan Invitational. I’m Hiyori Tono — I’m friends with Ikuya, who knows Nanase?”
