Yesterday was alright, lol. I didn't get anything more done. I put some flowers down, but I was too tired after a long day to do more.

Today, I had a great idea for the area around the museum. I was going to put a big fossil up, but I think I'm not going do that anymore. I see a lot of fossils put up and I've seen them done in really cool ways, but I'm thinking of doing something different for the surrounding cliffs.

I wasn't going into doing my first island with a theme but I think I've fallen into a fairycore! I love mushrooms on a normal day, like not even in the game but irl, but the mushroom designs I've found are so cute. I'm checking them out, seeing how I feel about them and how they look.

The fairycore may clash with what I had in mind for the museum in the beginning, but I'm just going to deal with that as that comes around. Right now I don't think it is that much of a problem, but I'm foreseeing it XD I have a feeling.

I also started working on my pier. It's just a chair and some fishing rods at the moment. I've struggled to think about how to do the pier since the very beginning, but now that Kapp'n is coming to the game I thought I would put some stuff up for him.

I'm pretty excited though. The direct was so exciting and I just- I am so tired of waiting already. I'm taking my time with building and designing to keep me busy, but it feels like it's taking so long lol. I just need it already!

Oh, and I learned that I obviously don't understand how to keeps trees as baby trees.

Oct. 23, 2021 | Night

I worked on my forest area a little today. I added some log furniture to the area to see how that looked and I like it. I also added a mossy stone arch and let me just say I like the stone furniture better as mossy, it looks good and it goes really well with the look I'm going for.

Later, I think I'm going to start working on the Blathers area without the desk. I'm tired of waiting lol. So whenever I get the desk, I'll add it to the area, because who knows when that will actually be.

As for the Celeste area, I'm still thinking about what items and designs I want to put over there. I'm thinking about adding some zen cushions to it to give it a cozy vibe. I want it to feel very nice and easy. We'll see how that goes as things progress.

I added a little bit to the secret beach. Just a fence post, a sand castle, and a bucket. I don't know what else I will put over there but for now I like how it looks. I did have a palm tree there, but I've moved it for the time being just because I want to see what the area looks like without the tree. I may move it back but for now I think it's coming along pretty good.

I think when I'm done with the museum build, I'll move onto some neighborhoods. I think I want to turn the left side of my island into a mini neighborhood. At the moment, I only have Aurora over there and Raymond is on the beach (I had to move his house for the museum build), and put I'm thinking I might move someone else over there. I'm sure who else yet. I might also terraform the area a little. I might move someone up a cliff. I might add a waterfall. I don't know yet, so I'll keep thinking on it.
