Do you know Garry?? I think you'd get along
do you love your kids? what are their favorite things
“O-of course...” That was such a strange question to the Japanese man - why wouldn’t he love his children? Sure, they could irritate him and cause a lot of trouble, but he adored them. Now then, their favorite things:
“Aiden... loves rabbits and ghosts. Paranormal things...” Basically everything that terrified Suga and his pretty husband. Sometimes he wondered if they did it on purpose.
“Valen likes, um, anime? They have a lot of figures... I don’t know much about it. They read a lot of novels, too. Mostly fantasy.”
And then there was their littlest one. “Alfredo is obsessed with the ocean. He likes the octopus...es best.” Was octopuses the correct plural form? It sounded wrong when Suga said it, but he didn’t know how to fix that. Maybe he’d look it up later.
quick suga! garrys gotten lost in the forest and the kids are just laughing about it!
This didn’t surprise Suga in the least - his husband would be safe for the most part since the forest had been without a curse for many years.
He’d have to scold their three children for just laughing instead of helping their mommy later, but for now he had a purple haired goddess to find.

Angel aura quartz: my muse’s opinion of LGBT+ issues
Okay my Suga is obviously super gay so there’s that. He doesn’t??? particularly know a lot of lgbt+ issues since he was pretty sheltered off in Azakawa but if something is brought to his attention he’ll be pretty decent about it and probably apologize if he fucked up.
He is aware of trans people and knows that bisexuals always count even if they’re dating the opposite gender, but he was clueless about his own sexuality for quite a while and believed that there was something wrong with him (and even when he started learning that stuff with Garry’s help he thought he was ace at first but he’s demi whoops)
Honestly despite growing up in a very narrow minded village in Japan, Suga’s pretty?? open about stuff? Mainly because he knows what it’s like to be completely despised so he’s not particularly judgmental.
Extra bonus points in AUs were the gays have kids they adopt two nb children so y ea h.
amazonite
Amazonite: what kind of situations call for my muse to be dishonest
Not much calls for Suga to be dishonest. The others in the village already see him as a superstitious freak, and he doesn’t care much if visitors feel the same way as long as they stay the fuck out of the forest.
The main situation that we see him being dishonest (or selective about what he mentions) is in FODR when he won’t tell Shiori about their past and why he wants her to get out as quickly as possible or why the forest is off limits.
This is obviously to keep her safe, but all in all Suga’s a mostly truthful person???
Agate and aquamarine?
Agate: how my muse calms down
Suga has many different things that he uses to try to calm down, though some work better than others. Sometimes he distracts himself with cleaning the museum, other times he goes to his little hideaway to work on more jewelry or fix his sword when he remembers to.
Other ways that he calms down include: writing letters to Garry (and Shiori after ending 1), drawing and attempting to make picture books, aaannddd sometimes if it’s super bad he drinks since he’s a light weight and doesn’t remember much the next day (though, if he were to remember he’d know it just makes him much more depressed and emotional).
When he leaves Azakawa (or in any verse where he doesn’t live there) he also gardens to calm down.
Aquamarine: where my muse feels most calm/relaxed
Suga feels best when he visits Garry’s apartment in Canada since it feels more like home than Azakawa, or when he’s in his little secret area for making things with night glowstone.
