Borgel trench watch, replica of the watch worn by George Mallory, first man to reach the summit of Everest (allegedly). 2nd year university project
Made of brass
It's been a few years but I'm making reptile replicas again! My painting skills have improved a lot since I last made these and they're a lot of fun to do. Some have already been spoken for but I'll be putting these up for sale as soon as I get pictures taken of them.
Remember those lizards I made a couple years ago? Well I'm making them again and this time they're going to be for sale. A lot of people thought they were realistic before but my skills have improved since then so they'll be even better.
Right now they're unpainted and I just heated them to conform them to the rocks they'll be attached to. I've got a California whiptail, western skink, gravid female side-blotched lizard and two baby rattlesnakes. As always, all specimens used died of natural causes and were not killed for this purpose.
