why is insomniac spiderman called insomniac spiderman? does he actually have insomnia or is it a cool aura farming name - someone who knows nothing abt spiderman

im crying this ask was sent to me back when i was crashing out over finals and it made me cry laughing u have no idea anon😭

insomniac spider-man is called that because the studio that made his game + that version of peter is called insomniac games! they're a great studio and i love their work :D they also made rachet & clank and are making the upcoming wolverine game

also bro def has some issues with sleep cause the entirety of spiderman 2 takes place over like 5 days and he only sleeps like twice on screen and one time was because the symbiote basically knocked him out😭 bro almost never catches a break idk how he functions 90% of the time ill be real.
