After Putting Hilda (Manuela's mother who became a monster) out of her misery, Manuela transformed out of grief, sadness and anger right before Leon and Krauser's eyes. The both get ready for Manuela's move but she didn't attack both of the men, rather going for her father Javier. She tracks him down while Leon and Krauser followed her. Before Javier can fuse with the plant, Manuela, now 7 feet tall with a mutated arm, grabs him by the throat, His own daughter looked him in the eyes with anger. He began to beg for her to spare him, she replied "What about the girls that begged YOU to have mercy on them?! What about my friends that didn't want to die, but now you and your have blood on your hands!" Of course he doubles down and tells her that he wanted to make her stronger, tears began to stream down her face when he said it. Leon and Krauser finds them both and with horror in their faces as they watch the drug lord screams in agony after Manuela began to carve his body open and rip his internal organs out with her bare hands, forcing him to feel the same pain that Manuela felt.

They were followed by tricell(well, three members) and Manny took care of them.
