Secret mutant Bucky whose mutant powers are super subtle (he's able to absorb and process information and language a lot faster than normal human capacity and has a minor healing factor), but M-Day happened right around the same time he got his memories back and he lost his mutant powers then and didn't realize it. He notices that he's not as good at languages or with information processing as he was before, but he just chalks it up to the massive amounts of brain damage he accumulated over the years.
