❝ say that again. ❞
mutesouls
(☾☆) — She doesn't speak but an animal like whine escapes the dreamer's lips when her sweater gets caught on a branch. Normally she is more mindful when she walks through the forest but today seemed to be an exception. If she tugs to hard it will end up tearing but she can't stand here forever. Needless to she is in a little predicament.

the feeling of this one hits her so hard she’s almost knocked over. on a normal day, she wouldn’t pay as much attention to that, but god damn, something is drawing her in. and not just the rusty records. she holds on in hand, going back and forth in her mind, even though it’s unlikely that she’ll actually buy it.
she places it back on the shelf. ❝ do you work here? ❞
Boredom was never an atmosphere she particularly liked, nor was she essentially sensible when it came to fretting away from it. For example, as of now, she was standing in front of her neighbour's door with a milk carton in hand to welcome them. Milk. Two more seconds & if the door doesn't open, she'll just pour the milk on their doormat.

"can you help me?"
she's worried the words don't come out loud enough to be heard, drowned by the fine mist of rain smothering everything in sight, not to mention the rusty hesitance of her own voice. she shivers in her t-shirt, which is useless, by now, and, after taking a step closer to the stranger and clearing her throat, decides to try again.
"i don't know where i am."
❝ Can you stop staring at my dog? it makes him nervous. ❞
Uh. Jer.
[ She takes calculated steps towards him, practically slumping down on the lounge once she reaches it. A hand raises to cover her face ; she doesn't want to have this conversation but Abri's asked her to do so for too long. May as well get it over with, right? ]
