Try this yummy Mutton Thokku/ Mutton curry - Very easy and simple mutton side dish for chapatti, paratha, dosa

Ingredients: 

3 tbsp oil 

1 bay leaf 

1 star anise 

1 1inch cinnamon 

3 to 4 medium onions 

1 tomato 

3 tbsp ginger garlic paste 

1 tsp chilli powder 

1 tsp kashmiri chilli powder 

4 tsp coriander powder 

2 tsp garam masala 

1/2 tsp turmeric powder 

1/2 tsp pepper powder 

1/2 kg mutton 

salt 

curry leaves 

coriander leaves

DAIMASU was one of the last restaurants I went near my old workplace in Ikebukuro (more than three years ago already!). This Nepali-Indian cuisine restaurant served good curry and grilled goodies for lunch service. A very comfy and familiar place.

I had the classic butter chicken and mutton curry, kofta and tandoori chicken. Yeah, a lot for one person but on that day I was ultra hungry for some odd reason...
