Or Tag someone who loves mutton ! . . . 🌟🌟Recipe⤵️🌟🌟 ▶️Marinate the mutton over night with the following ingredients: Yoghurt, turmeric,red chilli (kashmiri mirch), cumin, coriander and garam masala powder.Also add ginger,garlic,onion and chilli paste.Add mustard oil and salt as per your taste. ▶️Heat a heavy bottom pain and add some oil.To it add whole garam masala,bayleaves,dried red chillies. ▶️Add finely sliced onions and fry it till it become light brown. ▶️Add a mixture(in water) of cumin, coriander,turmeric and kashmiri mirch powder. ▶️Add the mutton and marinade(take out from the refrigerator minimum 2hours before you cook).Cook it in high flame until the raw smell of the spices disappears. ▶️ Cover and cook for atleast 70-80minutes in low flame.
