So I went to the Moomin Museum last Wednesday with my Finnish teacher and study group. (I did take a few more pictures, but they have kids in them)

The World's only Muumimuseo in Tampere

Finally I could visit famous muumi museum in Tampere. You can see Tove Jansson's original Moomin illustrations. The ticket price for an adult is 12 euro. Don't forget you are not allowed to take pictures of illustrations. There is a corner where you can take picture with Muumipeikko. :)

The most interesting part was the miniature model of Muumitalo. It was very well designed and big. Every room has own materials. It was at least two meters long house. Spend a bit more time , and check all the small details.

You will see a lot of different miniature models of illustrations. And you can listen the story of that moment with different languages like Finnish, Swedish, Englishian , Japanese...

When you leave the museum , don't forget to visit muumi shop. It is a small shop but you can find a lot of different things.
