So basically muzan is in a meeting with the uppermoons scolding them for not finding the blue spider lilly and his wife just barges in with it and is "like look at this pretty flower i found!!"

“you imbeciles! useless rodents! pathetic leeches! all this rank just for you to not find a stupid little flower!?” muzan slammed both his fists on the wooden table, only for it to creak and crack, as other demons jolted in fear except for douma and kokushibo.

douma dared to look at muzan, and his head was immediately cut off. fury filled muzan’s crimson eyes, for years and years of living, not a single demon that he created had ever seen that damned flower.

“akaza.” muzan didn’t call his name, no. it was a demand. veins became visible in muzan’s neck, through his fists, “you were the first one whom i sent to look for it, no? how come you still haven’t found it!?” and there, the wooden table broke.

daki jumped up, resulting in a glare from muzan, in which she also immediately sat down.

the atmosphere in the room was tense, the air gripped at every uppermoon’s throats, even they found gulping hard, a large lump stuck on their throats, but apparently, one demon didn’t get to notice that tension.

“look! muzmuz this looks so pretty— oh.” you immediately shrank in embarrassment, thinking muzan was the only one inside the room.

akaza unexpectedly jumped up, eyes blown fully wide, as you just tilted your head in confusion, you looked around and saw that everyone had the same expression as akaza, even your husband, muzan.

“whoops... did i really disturb you guys that bad...? sorry— i’ll leave—.” but before you can, muzan immediately spoke,

“meeting dismissed. darling, come over here.” that wasn’t a request, it was a command. as douma walked past by you, he gave you a grin which was later on wiped by akaza’s fist, whose eyes still latched on the flower.

“where did you find this...?” he immediately took the flower from your hand, immediately examining it in all angles of light in the room, making sure it was the real deal.

“oh? i was hanging out by the hill when i saw this precious little thing.” you were still confused, but muzan knows that if he explained it to you, you’ll end up being more confused.

from his cold, demanding tone, to the gentle, soft voice he had always used on you, and only you, “do not worry about it, darling. let’s just say you... solved one of my greatest problems.” muzan leaned in and pressed a kiss on your forehead.

Eyes tracking your every movement, every breath, every micro-expression.

Those eyes turn a vibrant plum red.

Yeah... he’s annoyed now. 

In fast strides, too fast for you to even react, he's on you. Cornering you.

And before you know it, you’re pinned on the couch. 

Despite his obvious anger, you can feel his grip soften the moment he realizes the force he used while holding your wrists. 

As if he can’t bring himself to be anything but gentle whenever he touches you. 

His eyes bore into yours, that menacing glint yet softened by genuine confusion. 

"Stop." 

"No." 

*sigh* "This woman is going to kill me someday…" 

He's already seething.

"Explain then." 

"I won’t." 

"Tch… idiot! Then stop pestering me with your attitude. Humans require sleep, don’t they ? Use some." 

But perhaps you have a death wish...you throw him one last plushie.

SNAP.

He hit you with the back of his hand straight in the middle of the neck not enough to deliberatly hurt but enough to silence you for good.

And before you know it you're unconcious.

And with that he leaves you on the couch.

Only to return minutes later, finding you asleep on the couch, as he drapes a blanket lazily over you. 

"Insufferable…" 

"You love me though…"

"That word again...No. Sleep." 

He won't admit it but he slightly jolted at the sound of your voice. He swore you were asleep AND very much unconcious.

Ughh you have this man STRESSED.

Kokushibo knows how to read the room, and that frown in your face is…unusual.

Those six eyes narrow on you, not out of defiance but now he’s locked in. That answer was too direct and…cold.

And Kokushibo hates cold, now that you’ve shown him warmth simply by entering his life. 

He rises up and walks toward you. 

"Did I-"

First pillow attack.

He barely has the time to take another step closer to you that...

Oh he’s upset.

He’s genuinely confused, wondering if he’s done something to upset you. Or if you’re just being... dangerously moody. 

Pillows just bounce off his chest, he doesn’t even budge.

"Rest. Otherwise I will put you to rest myself, if I must." 

Trust me he doesn't do empty threats, while none of them involve harm he has his ways.

"Are you threateing me now !??"

You don’t even get the time to reply, before he’s thrown you over his shoulder like a sack of potatoes and is already heading to your room.

His presence is just so comforting when he settles next to you in bed that you can’t help but fall asleep. 

Little do you know that a bouquet of roses and your fav snacks are set on your desk for when you wake up. 

"Hopefully I will not get struck by those as well…" 

And poor bby he still doesn't know what he's done...

But he comes to the conclusion that there is no rational explanation.

You pass by him shooting him a deadly glare 

"Ooh upset~ ? May I know why ?"

His eyes glint with interest, if not mockery already.

"You see, I’m not a cult leader for nothing I’m a good listener I swear ! I’ll make a good therapist." 

That annoying smile doesn’t leave his face, those intense eyes fixed on you, as if trying to get a reaction out of you. 

But it’s a matter of time before that smile drops.

Not all at once, but gradually…even more dangerous. 

Because he realizes…you’re IGNORING him. 

And oh he hates that, he wants your attention in the morning like in the night, every hour, every minute. (shoutout to J.K)

He walks up to you and searches your gaze like a child commanding attention.

"Hmm that’s bad…did I really upset you this time ?~"  

He says that with that high pitched, half mocking, half confused tone.

The one where you can never tell if he’s being genuine or not. 

“I can buy you roses, spoon-feed you if you will. Now… look at me, will you?” 

You don’t, and you do it on purpose at that. 

And oh now he’s upset. But aching too. 

He turns your head toward him, not aggressive no, perhaps even reverently and just holds it there. 

"What is it I have done."  

But his expression is no longer cunning or smart. His eyes are bore into yours, he almost sounds…true, genuine, if not aching. 

And that’s where it starts, you grab the closest thing to you and…WHACK.

Straight in his face. 

*blink*  

"Was that necessary?"  

He lets you throw him whatever you want, it’s amusing to him. But once it gets boring he just…retaliates.

A single one plushie knocks you out.

Perhaps he forgot to mention, that one was infused in…a rather vicious ice.

He definitely knows he’ll be in trouble, and FOR REAL when you wake up and realize he used his Blood Demon Art on you lol. 

But notice (well, you can’t bc you’re unconscious…), notice how his expression finally softens as he cradles you against him, however still amused by your mood. 

"I don’t know what I’ve done but upsetting you was not my intent…don’t ignore me when you wake up again, will you…?~" 

(Duh they’re unconscious nobody is answering you idiot) *sigh*

“Ah…so much trouble…I prefer when she's awake.”

The Demon King's Doll...

The air in the Infinity Castle was always still, smelling of aged wood and the faint, metallic tang of something ancient. For you, this place was a beautiful, terrifying maze—a playground built of shadows where the laws of gravity were merely suggestions.

You clutched the hem of your pale pink kimono, your breath coming in small, soft puffs. You were small, a gentle soul caught in a world of monsters, and today, you were feeling particularly playful—or perhaps just desperate to see a crack in the cold porcelain mask of the man who owned this realm.

"You can't catch me, Muzan-sama!" you chirped, your voice high and sweet, echoing through the shifting corridors.

Behind you, the rhythmic thud of his dress shoes on the polished wood was slow and deliberate. Muzan didn't run. He didn't need to. He walked with the predatory grace of a king who knew that time was entirely on his side.

"You are making a great deal of noise for someone so small," he said, his voice a deep, silken vibration that made your skin prickle with a mix of fear and adoration.

You squealed softly and took off, your white tabi socks sliding slightly on the floor. You rounded a corner, your eyes wide and bright, expecting to find a long hallway to lose yourself in. But just as your foot hit the threshold, a haunting, singular note of a biwa rang out.

Twanng.

The world tilted. The wall you were heading toward dissolved into a ceiling, and the floor slid away. You stumbled, disoriented, only to find yourself running straight toward the very man you were fleeing. Muzan stood just a few yards away, his crimson eyes glowing with a dark, amused embers.

"Oh!" You gasped, skidding to a stop, your heart hammering against your ribs like a trapped bird. You spun on your heel, your childish instincts taking over, and dashed in the opposite direction. "Nakime-san, that’s cheating!"

From her hidden perch, the Upper Moon remained silent, but the castle groaned in response. Every time you thought you had found an exit, every time you reached a dead end and prepared to hide in a corner, the biwa would strike again. Rooms flipped. Shōji doors slid open to reveal pits of endless darkness or upside-down staircases.

No matter which way you turned, the castle conspired to deliver you back to him.

You were getting tired, your legs feeling heavy under the weight of your silk layers. You were soft and unaccustomed to such exertion, your quiet nature usually keeping you tucked away in the library or the gardens. Your vision blurred slightly with exhaustion, and as you attempted to make one final, desperate turn away from the approaching shadow of the Demon King, your foot caught on the long, decorative hem of your kimono.

"Ah—!"

The floor beneath you vanished just as you began to tip forward. You braced for a hard impact, your eyes squeezing shut in terror. But Nakime was precise. With one final, resonating note, the room shifted a full ninety degrees.

Instead of hitting the floor, you fell into something firm, cold, and impossibly strong.

The scent of expensive cologne and old power enveloped you. You opened one eye, then the other, to find yourself cradled against Muzan’s chest. His arms were locked securely around your waist and shoulders, holding you as if you were a fragile glass doll he had no intention of breaking.

"Have you finished your exercise?" he asked, peering down at you. His gaze was intense, enough to make a lesser being wither, but for you, there was a trace of terrifying tenderness.

"I... I almost had you," you whispered, your voice trembling. You were scared of him, yes—everyone was—but you were also drawn to him like a moth to a funeral pyre. You reached out, your small, gentle hand resting timidly against his lapel.

Muzan tilted his head, watching the way your chest heaved with exertion. You were so quiet, so innocent, a flicker of light in his eternal darkness. It pleased him to see you breathless because of him.

"You had nowhere to go," he murmured, leaning down until his cold breath brushed your ear. "Every inch of this fortress obeys me. Just as you do."

He didn't wait for an answer. He tilted your chin up with a pale finger, forcing you to meet that crimson stare. Then, he leaned in, pressing his lips to yours. The kiss wasn't soft; it was possessive and demanding, tasting of power and ancient hunger. You let out a tiny, muffled whimper, your fingers curling into his suit jacket as you melted against him.

When he pulled back, he didn't let go. He simply tucked your head under his chin, his hand stroking your hair with a gentleness that was perhaps his greatest cruelty.

"Stay still now," he commanded softly. "I have you."

the first time you met, he’d been hanging by a thread—irritated, dangerously close to lashing out.

he had bumped into you. and yet you were the one apologizing.

something about that made him stop.

you had looked up at him with flustered eyes and said, “i’m so sorry, i didn’t see you there!”

something in him had faltered.

panicking under your gaze, he’d blurted out the first thing that came to mind. “do you know where the festival this week is being held?”

he hadn’t even been sure there was one.

but you smiled. “oh! it’s on friday. it’s a bit far from here. would you like me to come with you so you don’t get lost?”

he blinked, caught off guard. not just by your answer but by your sincerity.

“…if it’s not too much trouble,” he murmured.

you had started walking beside him that day, chattering easily about the neighborhood, the food stalls, and the best places to see fireworks. he hadn’t said much. he didn’t need to. your voice filled the silence, and he hadn’t minded.

he should’ve left. disappeared like smoke. but instead… he met you again.

Idea that been on my mind for like weeks. GN reader that is Muzan's S/O that isn't well known by demons not even some of the uppermoons. Reader comes to the Infinity castle during an uppermoon meeting and gets on to Muzan about leaving a mess (Dead person) at the house and how they always have to clean the blood up. They are tugging Muzan's ear which is just surprising to the uppermoons. Nakime knows Reader cause she brings them there. Kokushibo knows reader because he saw reader in the infinity castle before doing whatever. Reader is also a demon.

In which the demons in the infinity castle are shocked by the authority you seem to have over their Lord Muzan.

Fluff, established relationship, mentions of violence, demons, out of character Muzan/other demons.

The moon was high as the upper moon demons gathered together because of their lords command. They all stood in the infinity castle as they awaited their lord who had important news to tell them. Douma in particular was getting restless, wishing he could partake in the eating of beautiful women instead.

“Where is our Lord?” Douma asked to no one in particular.

“Be patient, I am sure our Lord will arrive shortly.” Akaza replied with an annoyed tone.

“Hmmm, fine then.” Douma sighed.

Just then, the man of the hour himself arrived, almost in a flash. Douma, Akaza, and the other upper moon demons all stood still at Muzans aura. Chills ran down their spines and their once proud faces were now ones of fear. They all bowed simultaneously and kept their heads down to show their loyalty.

“Mmm good to know you all still know your place.” Muzan spoke looking down at them with slight disgust. The smell of blood thick in the air as Muzans latest victim lie dead on the floor.

“Yes my lord.” They all spoke heads still down

“Dammit Muzan! Not again!” An angry demon called out making all of the upper moons lift their heads in surprise.

“What is it now dear.” Muzan spoke calmly looking at his beloved.

“How many times have I told you that you cannot leave your dinner anywhere you want. You’re the lord of all demons at least act respectable. My goodness.” The new demon scolded Muzan as the tugged on his ear which surprised all of the other demons in the room.

“My…apologies, y/n. Please let go of my ear darling.” Muzan spoke softly hoping his subordinates wouldn’t hear.

“For what” Y/n said still holding onto his ear.

“For… leaving my dinner… laying around.” Muzan responded looking annoyed as his ear was throbbing in pain.

“Good. And this time there is no way in hell I’m going to clean up after you.” Y/n spat giving Muzan their best glare as they finally let go of his ear.

“Yes dear.” Muzan as he looked deep in their eyes. Muzan then held y/n’s face affectionately before turning back to his subordinates who gave him a look of confusion.

“What are you all looking at. If you’d like to keep your head then I suggest you bow your heads.” Muzan yelled glaring his bright red eyes at the upper moon demons.

“Yes my Lord Muzan.” They all said in unison.

“This powerful demon is Y/n, who also happens to be my mate. Treat them as you would treat me.” Muzan ordered looking at them in disgust.

They all bowed further showing that they understood their lord’s demand. Y/n then heals on to their mates arm holding it affectionat. They then looked at the sight before them feeling pride that their love is so powerful.

“Don’t you have import news to tell them, my love?” Y/n asked looking up at Muzan.

“Why yes, Dear.” Muzan replied looking into their e/c eyes. “I have gathered you all here today to tell you that a demon that has conquered the sun had finally come.” Muzan started as he continued to hold on to his love.

Lately, you had been avoiding leaving Muzan’s room in the infinity castle. He didn’t want to question why, but he couldn’t help but wonder. We’re you just being clingy, was something wrong? He didn’t think you’d be hiding or avoiding someone since you were the demon closest to him, and he prioritized you the most. He didn’t think anyone would dare mess with his wife. Every demon was well aware of your status.

“Alright, I’ll see you later darling.” Muzan said, leaning over and placing a kiss on your forehead. “I’ll hopefully be back by tonight.” He said, gently stroking your head before exiting the room. Today you were hoping that demon wouldn’t mess with you again when you went around the infinity castle. When you left, the second you were far enough away from Muzan’s room, you heard a familiar giggle. “Does Master Muzan seriously let you go around looking like that? Honestly, how could someone like you ever end up with someone like him? He must be toying with you.” The female demon said with a snicker. “He.. He’s not toying with me, stop speaking of him in such a manner.” You snapped back. The two of you went back and forth, the female demon practically following you around. You needed to leave the room for a moment, to take a small walk without anyone bothering you, but this woman obviously didn’t want you to.

“You know, the second he deem useless to him, your gone, right? You don’t matter to him. He only makes you feel special because you’ve had connections with that stupid flower and he wants you to get it.” She said, yawning a bit in a sassy way. “Once he knows you can’t do that—“ She giggled and slid her finger across her throat as her way of saying your dead. “Muzan would never do that to me.” You said, now making your way back to his room. “Believe whatever you want, your not even an upper moon. Right now, I bet he’s entertaining other women.” She said, finally leaving you alone when you went into Muzan’s bedroom.

That night, when Muzan returned, you couldn’t help but burst into tears when he asked what was wrong.

Muzan was shocked. He had never seen you crying before. He was lucky he had practice with his fake wives in the past, otherwise he wouldn’t know what to do with you. He sat down on the bed with you and cuddled you until you were calm enough to speak. “T-that—that woman i told you about before..” You stuttered, sniffling and whimpering. “Yes.. What about her dear?” Muzan said, with as soft of a tone possible. You sobbed, explaining everything to him. “I-I just don’t want you to replace me—I-I really am insecure..” You said. “Insecure? Darling, you’ve got nothing to be insecure about. Your the most beautiful woman i’ve ever seen in all my years of living. You don’t know the lengths I would go to keep you safe. Forget about that flower, even if you cannot bring it to me, i’ll still love you. No matter what.” He said, wiping away your tears and practically showering you with kisses.

Though you could feel his occasional tremble, he was shaking. You knew his was pissed off and was trying to cover it. “M-muzan… Please.. Don’t do anything harsh..” You said, looking up at him. He looked down at you and smiled, pulling you closer to his chest. “I won’t, dear.” he said. Holding you close and gently rubbing your back until you fell asleep. He kissed your forehead before leaving the room.

He was livid.

“Why is it you think your so privileged, you can go saying such bullshit to my wife when i’m not around?!” Muzan yelled, almost shaking the whole infinity castle when he slammed his hands down on his desk, his head down as he shook with pure anger. “M-master Muzan!! I never said any of that—i promis—“ Before the woman could say another word, she was cut off by his yelling. “Don’t fucking try to lie straight to my god damn face. Do you take me for a fool?!” Muzan yelled even louder, his patience fading quickly.

“Muzan..?” You whispered softly, looking up at his dark figure moving towards the bed. Your vision was blurry, but you knew it was him. He got into bed beside you, wrapping his arms around your waist. “Shh, go back to sleep. I didn’t mean to wake you.” He said softly, smiling when you shifted to face him, wrapping your arms around him. “It’s.. okay..” You said in a sleepy tone, before drifting off in his arms. You couldn’t help but wonder.

Why was he covered in blood the first time he entered the bedroom and went to go shower?

yes, he’s a demon, not just any demon but the king of demons, which certainly means he cares for no one, especially not a human of all things right?

muzan originally planned on turning you, when something in his dead heart jumped for joy at the sight of your face, he just couldn’t turn you

and so he protected you when needed and eventually you ended up dating

one thing he noticed is that whenever he goes to touch or kiss you etc. you seem to back off or hesitate, you believe he doesn’t notice but he does

he’s also noticed you tend to cover your body 24/7 with baggy clothing and never wear short sleeved shirts or shorts

when he confronted you about it, you just burst into tears, thinking he would dump you or blame you for what they did to your body

with a comforting embrace, and some time to mull it over, you decided to tell him what happened

muzan was furious to say the least, not at you, never, he was furious at the disgusting person who dared to lay their filthy hands on you without your consent

he gives you little kisses on your face (with consent of course) and hugs you close whilst assuring you “it’s not your fault”

later on when he was sure you were fast asleep, he took care of a certain someone

safe to say that that person will never touch you again

it’s pretty obvious he’s a demon

so as soon as you guys crossed paths, you could tell he wasn’t human by his face alone

at first you were worried he was gonna hurt you, but he simply shrugged and explained how he doesn’t bother killing people unless necessary

somehow you guys ended up in a relationship and bam!

you’re one of the most protected people in Japan

kokushibos’ weary eyes couldn’t help but notice your hesitancy towards his intimate advances, no matter how simple

he could also tell you held some sort of self hatred towards yourself, as he had been in your position hundreds of years ago

he brings it up one afternoon, explaining how he wants to make sure you’re both comfortable in the relationship

you hesitantly give him the answer, expecting for him to kill you on the spot

only for the usually stoic demon to wrap you into a tight hug, arms trembling and face contorted in anger

“it’s not your fault, you didn’t do anything wrong” he seethed, before asking if you remember what they look like

after giving him a brief description of them he was off in a flash, seemingly teleporting to god knows where

the person trembled, cowering into a corner begging for their life to be spared, kokushibo simply unsheathing his sword and landing cuts all over them so they can bleed out slowly and die from the blood loss

when coming back from his deeds, kokushibo saw you in bed wrapped up in the blanket, he simply climbed in after you and hugged you from behind

definitely the most angry out of all three demons

he will hunt everywhere for this person and won’t take a break until he finds them and breaks them himself

when he does come across this ‘human’, he will personally punch them so that they die from a slow painful death

when coming back to you, akaza will simply be there for you throughout the healing process/trauma

he hates how the monster caused you so much trauma

akaza is always there for you if you want to vent or talk about your feelings

if anything like that ever happens again, tell him, he’ll be there for you and will also personally deal with the monster that did this to you
