Hey! I'm wondering.. Lately I have been having a lot of issues figuring out what sexuality I am, so I have been using qu**r. I now understand that that is often seen as a slur. Is there another umbrella term I could use while figuring out my sexual/romantic orientation? Would simply using non-straight be more appropiate? I, personally, am comfortable with the word (qu**r), but I don't want to accidentally hurt anyone but using it. Thanks for your time c:

Queer is an umbrella term for someone's personal orientation being not straight. You can totally use it to identify yourself; or you can use something like questioning, or be blunt and say "I don't know what I am, but I'm not straight".  -The Ironic Mod
