Brooklyn Half Marathon Training 2015 - Long Run
Just finished my second full week of training and it feels good! I went with my #cloudpants so I would float through the 6 miles. It worked! 💜🌈☁️ (at Grand Army Plaza (IRT Eastern Parkway Line))
I kept an even effort level although my pace range was a little bigger than I like due to some long hills on some of the miles. All in all, either my GPS was messing up or I am getting my legs back, but I hit my pace and felt good doing it. I didn't feel like I was really struggling.
Workout: 6 miles with a target of 8:20-8:35
Average pace: 8:34
