I got some grass fed ground beef from MV Produce at the first @chicagostationmarketdayslbk last weekend and I was dying to cook it up in a unique way... so I did a weird not goulash, goulash! I threw every vegetable I had at it and boy did it turn out delicious!!! It really is true that if you use quality ingredients you get a better outcome!
