URGG I'M SO GLAD THIS IS FINALLY FINISHED. i originally wanted to complain about how much time this took, but looking back, it literally took 7 days, so I guess I shouldn't.

ANYWAY i've been wanting to reanimate the "center for ants" scene from Zoolander the second I created Goulash because it just fit him so well---I want to show people his personality and how he functions, so I'm hoping y'all enjoy this >:)

Vegan Gulasch (Goulash)

RECIPE (4 servings, 1h prep time): -a chunk of celeriac -2 carrots -1 onion -3 cloves of garlic

Sauté in oil.

-150g soy chunks -300ml water -2 Tbsp soy sauce -2 Tsp chicken spice

Cook the soy chunks until all the water is gone. Then add to the veggies.

-4 big Tbsp tomato paste -1 Tbsp flour

Stir it in.

-200ml red wine

Deglaze the pan with it.

-2 cups (500ml) water -salt and pepper to taste -2 bay leaves -1 Tsp dried thyme

Let it simmer for at least 30mins but the longer the better.
