// spent some time tonight cleaning the altar and getting rid of some bad or old energy / some things i've carried with me through the years that i haven't used or outgrew in my path and made room for what i find on the path ahead. feels really good to let some of that stuff go and have some space for who i've grown into. not just in practice but as a person.

highly recommend if you're looking to get rid of some bad vibes or clear your head? maybe clean up that altar or little safe place you've made for yourself that's got nothing to do other than making you feel good being in? tonight and tomorrow would be great for it. if that's what your energy pulls you towards. had this lil inkling tonight and then just went to town, zoned out, chatted, let the dogs help when they wanted. etc.

now i know why i kept getting pulled to the shop down the street and elsewhere lately. cool how that works out, eh? will get to work on a few things to do with that tomorrow but for the rest of the night? i'm gonna chill. let my lil spot and all that's in it recharge and get some writing done. will probably start over on s.b. then see where it does. but i'll be here tomorrow after work and doing some stuff and things. sending love!
