Looking back to January 2, 2013: This was posted on MWA Central a year ago today.
Here’s a goal for the Alaka‘i Manager to consider in this shiny new year:
Define true happiness in your workplace.
Then ask yourself, “Are we happy?”
If the answer is anything but an enthusiastic “Yes!” you’ll need to get to work to make it so.
For me, it's interesting to look back, and also see the comments and trackbacks which piled onto the post afterwards... I like tracking the ongoing conversation, and reflecting on what I had actually accomplished in my next-stepping throughout the months which followed.
As we look forward to 2014, just getting our feet wet today, it's very comforting to reflect back on what we already accomplished, for it helps us feel much more capable. Next!
