The rejection scene was so heartfelt. They really could have been together if they had taken the chance in past. And for that I feel bad. And the closure he got will hurt him, but in the long run, it's for everyone's best. I love that he straight up went ahead and asked his love rival to be nice. Because that's what you want for your love. Their happiness.

And then comes secret dating. This show is going to use all tropes it seems. And I'm going to lap it up. Gongjin club legit went ahead and pranked them for keeping the dating a secret. The finale has to be their wedding with all of them present. Just because.

Meanwhile our mi seon is going to have her perfect date I guess. The detective better treat her well because girl deserves all the good things. And I like that our detective went ahead this time. Good progress sir.

This episode was heavy with our leads being teenagers in a first time relationship. Hye Jin can be this cute, my god. I want to keep that girl in my pocket. She was literally running for du shik like a lost puppy the entire episode. Not at du shik physically suffering though. Boy got a nosebleed too. I would have zoned out too.

We still haven't dealt with our male lead's trauma and our next episode will move ahead with that story it seems.
