Good Omens Celebration Stitch-A-Long Day 5: Miscommunication

Today’s pattern release for the @goodomenscelebration day 5 is the holy water note from the Episode 3 cold open. That was, undoubtedly, the biggest misunderstanding in the TV series. 

And with that, the first shelf is completed. I’m super pleased with how the whole thing came together.

Just realized I never talked about my little cutie cross, Max! More info in the Keep Reading!

A spunky little ball of determination, Max is viewed as the image of hope for B.L.A.D.E. Originally a Reclaimer, Max switched to being a Pathfinder after Chapter 4, where she then branches off from the original “Cross” story. She was placed in the weakest team of the division, but after some complications with indigens, Vandham personally demanded she be placed in Team Belisarda after seeing just how astonishingly well her fighting style complimented Lao’s. Because of her very cheerful personality, Lao isn’t very fond of her, though the rest of Belisarda find her to be an admirable addition. Despite this, she is very loyal to Lao nonetheless, and affectionately calls him “Boss”.

Because she is still a Cross, she has difficulties remembering her past but doesn’t dwell on it, joking that “maybe it was for the better”. Unfortunately though, this makes her age unknown. But despite her (very) young appearance, her frequent lude comments towards her “Boss” and mature references to her past suggests otherwise. She’s speculated to be between mid 20′s to early 30′s. The strange “02″ on her face was explained by saying “Well if I don’t remember all my other nights, I probably wouldn’t remember this one either!”, implying it’s a drunken tattoo.

To sum her up, she’s a tiny bundle of happy who spends her days trying to cheer up her grumpy boss.

My character from Xenoblade Chronicles X

At the request of @love410s I took some screenshots of my character from Xenoblade Chronicles X.

So, here he is in his regular armor. I change the actual armor a lot, although I always keep the scouter on. What can I say, I loved Dragon Ball Z as a kid. It does always tend to be alien armor though, since I was usually trying to get points for the alien armor developers.

Here’s a closeup of his face. I couldn’t get a good close up using the in-game camera, so I went into the character designer instead.

And here he is in more casual clothes. I guess he’s a little shy, haha.
