Went to bed absolutely stuffed yesterday, I had:
Fruits (banana, apple, grapefruit), 4 eggs with cheese and 5 pieces of bacon with toast, 2 grilled cheese sandwiches, 12 chicken nuggets, 2 bowls of cereal, veg (broccoli+some greens), pint of Ben and Jerry’s, 2 eggos, black cherry soda, half a box of fruit roll ups, 1/3 of fairlife chocolate milk, bagel with cream cheese, and half a litre of half & half to top me off before bed. 🐷
I don’t have a problem, right?
