You ever just... Achoo achoo twice right before bed and now you are absolutely feral? That was me last night and it was out of nowhere. March Sneeze Stat post coming soon ™️
I was working as an extra in a movie that is being filmed in my city this weekend, and the most incredible thing happened.
The main actor (he’s been in a bunch of movies and is what you would consider an “a-list celebrity”, but has no recorded sneezing to my knowledge) sneezed during one of the scenes.
He was doing this scene with another actor (who was talking to him), when he suddenly turned to the side and sneezed TWICE into his fist. He kinda tried to stifle the first one and it was SO CUTE. He laughed afterwards (the whole crew did) and apologized when the director yelled “cut”. The other actor blessed him too. The whole thing was just amazing, I really hope they release a gag reel or something so I can relive the experience lol.
I’ve been secretly hoping this would happen for like three months bro. I’ve been to dinners and parties he was attending before (my dad is friends with the director) and it didn’t happen. It happened at the BEST possible moment (I LOVE it when people sneeze when they’re not supposed to).
(Won’t reveal who it is because that’ll reveal my location and connections I guess)
ob that my last post was based on
the other day, a super cute guy just suddenly sneezed in the middle of class. not just a typical snz for him either, it was so loud and sudden and harsh that everyone stopped what they were doing to giggle or bless him. he had the whole class’s attention, and he’s really funny, so he usually would have run with that; but all he managed to get out was a flustered, “sorry. wow. i don’t know where that came from.” everyone else went back to work, but of course i was distracted being all heart-eyes for this boy. even after his blush faded, he kept sniffling all quiet and soft and--
yeah i don’t remember what we covered in class that day
Alright Snzblr after almost a month of tracking here is the first set of results from tracking my sneezes for a month (I missed March 1st lol). I kind of do this stuff in my real job but I did forget how GOD AWFUL the Excel graphs can be, I hate them, but HOPEFULLY I designed this well enough that my filter on the month will auto update these graphs. We will found out.
Hope you enjoy and selfishly I want this post to take off so I have the motivation to continue tracking and updating this over the upcoming months. It is allergy season where I live so who knows what the high pollen count brings? More fits? More Sneezes? More Sneeze Events? Stay tuned and let me know what you think!
April Snz Stats are out! New high score since tracking started both in terms of total sneezes and most sneezes in a day. I had a cold at the beginning which saved an otherwise tepid start to allergy season locally. Curious to see what May brings and if the tree pollen kicks into overdrive.
I have been inspired to join the sneeze tracking crew on here and have borrowed (stolen) some of your tracking methods.
That being said I need help with a definition. Your help is very much appreciated in this for science 🔭🧪.
How much time is allowed to be in-between sneezes for it to be considered a single vs double?
1 to 10 seconds
10 to 30 seconds
30 to 60 seconds
Other?
Something hopeful for team #mentalblock I actually sneezed on a call at work today while at the office. Two things here 1. It actually happened despite the mental block and 2. I did not in fact combust into flames.
Bonus third thing.... 3. A coworker also sneezed and mentioned she muted to sneeze which was distracting information.
