Do not be angry at Alvaro!
Honestly guys, let’s speak frankly.
I know that Alvaro said that he wanted to stay, that he was happy, that he was committed to Juventus. But that was before this year! He didn’t play as much as everyone thought he would have this year. It was either his bad shape (mentally and physically) either the coach choices, but it didn’t happen just to Alvaro or just at Juve, it happens everywhere.
The society and Mr. Allegri believe in him and they invested a lot into him. Mr. Allegri gets angry only when he knows a player is too good but doesn’t play at his best. So if he ever shouted Alvaro it was just to make him a better player, you can see from his words on Alvaro that he’s really fond of him. The problem this year was just a mixed things that happened on the wrong way and Alvaro sometimes had to pay for it, but I repeat situations like this one are everywhere!
Going to Alvaro, he’s a true Mardidista. I appreciate him for this. Because we’re always searching for loyalty, and we can’t shout ‘traitor’ at every player that goes away. Loyalty is not just the one from our players to our club, it’s also the one from our players to the club he really loves or the one he grew up in. Did anyone blamed Marchisio when he left Empoli for us? What do you think Milan fans said when Pirlo moved to us? It’s football, thing like these happens and it won’t be the first time neither the last.
Players have feelings. Alvaro grew up as Madridista, and now it’s his shot to shine there. He’s not despising us (I hope he won’t ever), he’s thankful for what Juve did for him. But now he wants and needs to go home. And I respect him!
I hope he gets to play for Real and that Florentino is not buying him back just to sell him. Either way I hope he’ll be happy!
He’s a great kid, I’ve been following him since he was at Real and I’ll follow him wherever he’ll go.
