I have two thoughts about this!!

The first is baby sincaraz not being able to sleep, in a city far away from home, finding companionship in each other and just laying together on a bed talking about anything and everything.

Then Carlitos asks Jannik about his hometown and what he misses the most about it. Jannik gets this sweet smile while talking about his family, his friends, and Carlos wants to keep listening to him forever so he asks him to talk in italian, maybe even german if he likes. Jannik blushes embarrassed but complies and that's how they fall asleep.

Annnnd the second one is present sincaraz tethering on the edge of something more than friends but not quite there yet. They talk and text a lot and one night after Carlos's match he's so exhausted he starts talking in Spanish without realizing. Jannik's heart does a summersault and doesn't say anything, he loves hearing Carlos's accent after all. Then Carlos realizes what he's doing and apologizes and Jannik goes "no no, please. Let's keep talking in spanish, I love hearing you" and yeah you can bet Carlos's face turned all shades of red, but they keep talking and eventually fall asleep like that.

I have a problem with most Hotch x reader fics. 

In my opinion dating or having sexual relationships with one of his subordinates would be a big no and completely out of character for AH. Great friends, father/ son figure, whatever -yes. But having someone who he fucks on regular and has feelings for- really? Really?  I understand the appeal to write for this trope and i have read some great works, but for me it’s always OOC. 

For me Aaron is someone who basically lives at work. He constantly is in this stress and darkness, he needs some normality at least for a little bit in his life. Going home and not thinking and not being reminded about the stuff he seas on regular in the office. 

I’m not saying he needs another Haley, a house with the picked fence  and a Labrador for Jack. I just feel like psychologically he needs to “turn his FBI off”  at least some times for a little bit otherwise he’ll just die of a heart attack somewhere in the mid 40th because he will constantly worry about everything.
