Snapshots from my desk this morning. This week is full of Zoom classes & idk how I managed to get through the entire first year of med school on Zoom, even 5 days feels like too many 😅

30nym challenge Day 22: What language are you learning and why?

(I skipped days 9-21 because I was on vacation, and a good chunk of those questions don’t apply to me)

I am learning Spanish, which I already know a good amount — I studied it in high school and majored in it in university, but my speaking skills have deteriorated in the years since I graduated. I can still hold a conversation for the most part but it’s awkward and takes more effort than it used to. So every once in a while I like to read Spanish language books or watch tv shows or movies.

We recently re-did our office and I love my little creative corner. Still waiting on frames for some pictures so my husbands side of the wall is bare.

Still alive and working on some projects! November was so busy, but I’ve still been squeezing a little time for art in each week, and one of those things I made time to do was a Skillshare class called “Illustration & Creative Expression: Simple Exercises to Unlock Creativity” by Ira Marcks. A fun, creative, simple exercise!

Some of these squares are more personal or more obvious what they are, but I’m curious if any of you can guess what’s on the computer screen in Moments, or what the location in Windows 2 (the lower right) is? 😄
