Holy fucking shit... They did that... they actually did THAT!

How is this canon!? I can’t believe that shit went down I’m lost for words.

Miraculous crossed a line today a line. A line that all of us never thought they would cross. The dark themes in this episode was all too real.

Can we just grab Adrien out of the screen and all share equal custody of him...PLEASE!?

Can we please review what the hell just happened!?

1. The break up

Gabriel... he not only manipulated chat but also Marinette into breaking up with her prince. Why? Just so he could akumatise her! That’s the shitest Father in law I’ve never seen in my life!

2. The reveal

The first thing he does when he finds out about chat noir identity is immediately onto the miraculous... no shock,no regret for his past actions including Mayura and Gorizilla just pure mallace...hell bent on getting the miraculous. Please guys let’s make #Fuckgabrelagreste a movement

3. The lair

....oh my god the absolute dispear and horror chat is going though. Even when chat goes to KILL his own father is just smirks and tants him. Not even answering his own sons desperate pleas of ‘Why?’

He just skips the talking and goes straight to BASHING HIS SON TWICE EVEN THO HE WAS UNCONSCIOUS AFTER THE FIRST HIT AND COMPLETELY DEFENSLESS!!!

It wasn’t even in self defence ether this was to straight up make Adrien afraid and scared so he would be easier to manipulate.

4. Under the effiel tower...

This broke me... this scene took miraculous to a whole new level...straight after the physical he immediately goes straight to the emotional right after chat comes to and walks aggressively towards Adrien even though He is clearly petrified at this point his body language absolutely radiating fear of his own father.Shuffing back with his arm stretched out for him to stop.

Even after chat pleaded him to stop he wouldn’t. Again manipulating him into betraying ladybug... his girlfriend... his lady... his Marinette.

Then at his most vulnerable he takes advantage and akumatises him completely aware of the upmost distress and pain he’s in trying to fight the akuma.

Then after that he CONTINUED to manipulate him into killing ladybug

Can I just pause and say this was Bryces peak with the Voice acting like holy fucken shit most Disney movies don’t go this far to express pain and brokenness. You could really feel Chats struggle to fight and the mental breakdown he is going though here Jfc. What a mad lad he didn’t have to go this far with it but he did. What a legend!

Then it’s at this point when the damage is done and he can’t choose so he aims it at himself but it forms around him instead protecting him rather than him absorbing it.

At this point it’s where I take it one step further here but...He would rather kill himself than have ether of them take the blow. His son was low key attempting suicide and as many have pointed out ladybug had an outstretched arm willing to help him where as Gabriel had his arms raised to protect himself. Even as Chat Blanc, no, Adrien his son was about to die he said nothing only stepped back in order to protect himself from harm.

He attempts this again as he goes to cataclysm the earth killing ladybug and himself he’s so far gone at this point he would rather die than fail at getting his old life back.

THIS is the shit we wanna see Thomas! I’m so happy with this episode it may be a little dark but I’m loving this darker approach. I may be a bit biased cause I’m 20 but idc. This is clearly the content the fans want to see. I really hope S4 goes more down this road of darker tones. Cause I know there’s not one single person that hates this episode.
