#1John4:17-18 in the Message Bible reads: God is love. When we take up permanent residence in a life of love, we live in God & God lives in us. This way, love has the run of the house, becomes at home & mature in us, so that we’re free of worry on Judgment Day—our standing in the world is identical w/Christ’s. There is no room in love for fear. Well-formed love banishes fear. Since fear is crippling, a fearful life—fear of death, fear of judgment—is one not yet fully formed in love. . As I wrestle with & deal w/my fears, I believe that the antidote, the solution & the answer is #love. #LoveIsTheAnswer to fearlessly pursuing & creating a life of our & God’s greatest & wildest hopes & dreams for us! In the spirit of #ShirleyChisholm, I have the #faith to go after my “God dreams!” The dreams that God places in our hearts & spirits takes faith, drive & discipline to bring to pass! For God knows what we will be up against as we seek to manifest our “God dreams.” God knows that tremendous opposition shall come our way along w/great disappointments, failures, obstacles, challenges & heartbreak. For it is the things that we want most that will test our faith most! But it is our faith that we must lean on in these trying, testing times. For it is your faith that will literally pick you up & stand you on your feet when you do not feel you have the strength to go on or do not even want to go on. It is your faith that will cause you to declare to yourself & the world who you are at a time when what you are saying sounds absolutely preposterous or seemingly impossible for you. It is your faith that will release your soul mate to you in God’s perfect timing for your life, after you have suffered much heartbreak.
