My girl knew I was worrying about putting the weight back on while I’ve been too ill to go to my gym the last few months so she went out and surprised me with a RingFit for our Switch so I can work from home especially during lockdown, and at my own pace without straining / damaging my lung even more. 2 days left of week 1 and already 3lbs down and not in as much pain as trying to go to the gym 🙌🏻
