Tea: I’m sorry, but this time I can’t do as you say.
Mykaela: What do you mean “this time?” You’ve never done what I’ve said once since I’ve known you.

The Heart Forger
Overall:
- I really was into the future portion of this book. I feel like they are telling an even deeper story than the main plot line right now. The harsh differences between the characters in the future scenes and the present scenes is really interesting to read.
- The PAIN I am feeling from the fact that Kalen and Tea have yet to kiss is agonizing. Like getting to read about how much they love and care for one another in the future scenes but not getting that in the present is so hard to read. Thankfully by the end they got their acts together and finally kissed.
- I found this book to go on a little longer then it should have. Like it was little slower in the end then what I wanted it to be.
- Rating: 3.5/5
Mykaela: I know you snuck out last night, Tea.
Fox: [in Tea's head] Play dumb!
Tea: [out loud] Who's Tea?
Fox: [In Tea's head] Not that dumb!
Dresses are weapons, my dear, in sufficiently skilled hands.
-Lady Mykaela probably
Mykaela: For the last year, I’ve done the best I could to raise you!
Mykaela: Have I been perfect? No. Do I know anything about children? No! Should I have picked up a book on parenting? Probably!
Mykaela: Where was I going with this? I had a point.
Mykaela: Did you really think you were going to get away with this?
Fox: Well, it would be stupid to say yes now.
Mykaela: Alright, enough chit chat everybody. Get back to work.
Kalen: You’re not my boss.
Mykaela: What did you say to me?
Kalen: … Ma’am.
Tea: And how exactly will you stop me?
Fox: I’ll call Mykaela.
Tea:
Tea: Goddammit!
