Monthly Workout Challenge - Shoutout to the Workout Warriors!
Thought I’d share in a separate post how I did in this first week of @mymonthlyworkoutchallenge. You can congratulate me if you think I did great, shine me on if you think I pretty much pulled my own weight... but by all means let me know if I pulled the team down. As Vicki Lawrence used to say, “And don’t hold back, it ain’t healthy, y’know!” (Suggestions for improvement are welcomed.)
Here are my workout stats for this week: 3/1 (Wed) Bicycled 45 min = 9 points 3/3 (Fri) Ran 80 min = 13 points 3/4 (Sat) Bicycled 67 min = 13 points 3/5 Ran 31 min = 7 points for a weekly total of 42 points.
