I have a 6 day streak going on working out, and don't see myself breaking it until Wednesday, so that's a new thing...I don't think I've ever had more than 4 days in a row.

Today I completed my 31st revolution around the sun. 51 minutes on the treadmill. Saying goodbye to my "killin it at 30" tag and hello to my "fit and fun at thirty-one" tag
March 27 - It feels weird...
...not getting in any exercise today.
Todays was supposed to be my morning off, but the person who was supposed to work mornings (who is about one month pregnant) texted me to say she had terrible morning sickness and couldn't make it in. Every other clerk had obligations, so today marks the first day in a few weeks I didn't get a workout in. Such is the life of the Manager (as opposed to the General Manager).
Anyway, here are this week's workout for the @mymonthlyworkoutchallenge
3/20 (Mon) Ran 35 min, then did weight training 45 min, then ran 31 min = 15 points 3/21 (Tue) Bicycled 62 minutes = 13 points 3/22 (Wed) Ran 53 min = 11 points 3/23 (Thu) Rode bike 18 min, then did weight training 42 min, then rode bike 26 min = 13 points 3/24 (Fri) Ran 27 min, later ran 7 min, later ran 32 min = 13 points 3/25 (Sat) Rode bicycle 33 min, later rode bike 22 min = 13 points 3/26 (Sun) Ran 21 min = 6 points
for a weekly total of 84 points
For the record, Sunday's run (which I did with my grandson Jordon) was supposed to be quite a bit longer, but it quickly turned into another Run in the Rain (like Friday's) and we both opted to cut it short and get to shelter before it started coming down by the bucket. Funny, I thought April was the month notorious for showers.

I woke up today with sore muscles that have never hurt before. That I didn't even know existed lol. Shoveling is no joke. I can definitely tell I mostly used my left side though. 😂 Today I did two yoga videos to help with hips and hamstrings and stuff. Later in the day I did legs\booty and I am definitely feeling it right now. 😋

Second workout of today went much better! I did the kickboxing class at my old gym because I haven't been in a while and I was able to get offline a bit early. It still kicks my ass! Also look at this b trying to photobomb my in the locker room 😂😘

Not a great workout this morning...I really need to stop trying to make spinning a thing that I like, it just isn't. I thought this class would be better because it was intervals on and off the bike, and being saddle sore is my biggest issue. But I just can never find the right way to set my bike up so everything feels in alignment. I hate every minute of being on that thing. Do they have to make the seats tiny and out of cement‽ I stuck it out through the whole class but it was not fun (and she had crap music) and I don't feel like I got a good workout. So I think I'll head back to the gym tonight and put in some real work. And there are classes at 8:30 and 9:30 tomorrow morning that I want to try so maybe I'll do both‽
