03.31.2018 5k Walk
Cool, cloudy, dreary day, but managed to get my walk in, even though I mostly just felt like curling up inside and doing nothing. At least the little weeds were bright alongside the road.

I did it!! I did it!!
So, I only had one thing I had to do today... go to the gym. And I did it!!! I did the same amount of time as the first attempt, but broke it up into chunks and rested in the middle.
I sub tomorrow, so hopefully I’m not too sore.
I hope everyone is having a Magnificent Monday night!
Just went for a walk at the cemetery for ~40mins. Some of the flowers were so pretty, also I collected a few chestnuts and acorns
Rain, Rain, Come and stay, I’m going biking anyway!
Well, this week was the week Fall started to fall in the Mid-West. The temperature dropped, and with it we got rain most of the week.
Maybe it was dumb of me, but most of the rainy days it was only raining a little - maybe a light drizzle - when I went out after work, and I decided, “Darn if I’m gonna blow off a workout just because of this! Prairie Sunset Trail, here I come!”
As part of this month’s Monthly Workout Challenge I am getting in as many days of exercising, 30 minutes or more total each day, as I can. Sunday I got in a good run, and Monday a bike ride, before the rains came in. Tuesday I had scheduled as a rest day, and wouldn’t you know it started raining around 11:00 that night after I would have exercised anyway!
Then Wednesday I was met with the sprinkles when I started, and I decided a little rain wasn’t gonna stop me so I head out on the bike. Just my luck, the rain picked up in intensity on my ride home, so I got sort of wet before I made it back. Thursday was a replay of Wednesday, except I got met with a downpour on the way back (at least I had a place I could duck under until the heavy rains passed). And then, lucky me, the rains got over and done with Friday morning so I have sunshine and warmer temps for my ride that day.
As best as I can tell from The Weather Channel’s radar, the rain blew through our area this morning around 4:00 am, so this afternoon is looking like a great day for biking.
October 7.
I did the Fitstar "body blitz" workout for 27min. I wanted to say me short walks to the car + doing laundry covered the 3! Minutes I was short by, but alas I just totally ran out of energy. I did the workout at like 10:30 at night too, just totally not into it at all.
B: Smoothie
L & D: ThaiExpress Beef pad see ew
S: pumpkin short bread my boss bought for us.
I totally brought homemade healthy stew & soup to work and it was just one of those days where I agreed to work extra hours and I was like rushed in the morning & just not feeling it.
Awake @ 11:20am asleep @ 1am
Two more miles for 100 by Halloween, and my first entry into October's @mymonthlyworkoutchallenge!! I stopped my Fitbit at 2 miles exactly, but I had a few extra minutes of cooldown as well Not my photo!
This is the last post I'll have to make with this dumb phone thank goodness! This has been a good month for workouts, even if most of them were just walking the dog. A bad month for motivation, but next month will be better hopefully. You guys all did awesome! I can't wait for next months challenge! @theotherstephencobert @strawberryfit @breakfastwiththesun @coffeeandfitblr @ienjoybeinghealthy @mystoryfortheaudienceoftheworld @mastachefjordan @hippieninjapunk @grandenoirceur @imladris14
This. Was. Awesome!
I’m definitely going to check out more HASfit workout videos. These guys are very encouraging, they show beginner/advances variations and they also have some exercises that I’ve never seen even though I went to countless fitness classes back in uni
P.s. 11 points for my team, woohoo!
