i miss the cold walls of the hospital, knowing im safe for a good few hours until I eventually go home. i miss the smell of the rooms, sanitizer and alcohol, maybe the occasional drip of an iv now and again. i miss the endless silent halls and the dark xray rooms. memories

Okay but what about realistic mysophobic Eddie?  What about when he’s afraid of kissing Richie but wants to make him happy and loved but is scared?  What about Richie stealing some of Eddie’s soda and Eddie trying not to get mad at Richie for “contaminating” his drink?  What about Eddie crying because he hates having to deal with this fear that his mom ingrained in him and wanting to do all these things with Richie but finds it impossible to do all of these with his love.
