We are a polyfragmented, traumagenic, DID system. Collectively we use they/them pronouns and go by the name Mystikos. If you’re ever unsure of who’s fronting, please use that name! We love to receive messages and make new friends so we hope you feel welcome to interact anytime!

This is our blog about systemhood and general mental health. We share memes, self help, info, recoverycore, as well as other things. We also go more in depth about our systemhood here than on our main, as this is our safe space to share and vent. We hope it can be a safe space for you too!

Several of us use this blog, but most of us are uncomfortable with giving out names publicly, so we go by emojis or letters.

Some things about us:

We prefer "headmates" or "sysmates" over "alters" or "parts," when referring to us.

We prefer to be referred to as "plural," or "multiple."

We are striving for functional multiplicity.

Some things about the body:

We are over 21.

The body is white.

The body is not cis, and most of our sysmates are nonbinary or trans.

We have autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities.

We are physically disabled. We have several conditions that cause chronic pain and fatigue, and affect our concentration and memory. We use mobility aids.

Our neurodivergence and physical disabilities are important to us. These may effect how/when we interact, and what we reblog. We also value visibility where it is safe to be visible. Any ableism/ableist comments will not be tolerated. Please be patient with us.

This is our system blog. We share this blog as a way to feel closer together as a system and work towards functional multiplicity. This blog caters to all of us. We largely post stuff about system stuff including information and memes. We may also post vents or stuff about our own experience, and we go more in depth about our systemhood here than on our main. Other topics include autism, ADHD, general mental health and disability.

Again, as we are a traumagenic DID system, this blog caters to/contains experiences related to that, as well as disordered systemhood. We do not appreciate others going out of their way to include us in any type of syscourse.

If any of these things might trigger you or your headmates, this is not the blog for you.

Singlets are allowed to follow just be nice and always be respectful or risk being blocked. You may ask questions and we'll answer to the best of our ability.

I think my amnesia is getting worse but I cant tell

Thinkin bout that time where my amnesia was so bad I'd be at work and I'd go on break and forget everything that happened during the past 2 hrs working, even when I tried extremely hard to remember it
