"Hey babe..." Thalia sits on his lap, bringing her head between him and the computer screen. Though he's still connected, her forehead bumps against his, her eyes seeking his gaze, hand wrapping round the back of his neck. "Time for a break~?"
Psi takes a moment to come back to reality, blinking languidly. He’d been engrossed in his work-- trying to fix a glitch in his system, a little tic that was starting to really get on his nerves. It wouldn’t be so difficult if he wasn’t limited to twenty-first century technology-- in fact, that’s a contributing factor to the problem in the first place, since he’s had to rewrite a lot of his own programming in order to make himself compatible with the ancient systems.
“I— uhm.”
Even as one arm settles around her waist, his gaze drifts indecisively for a moment between Thalia’s face and the computer screen-- and then he spots the time readout in the bottom right hand corner. How on earth did he lose six hours so easily?
“Blimey. Yeah, I should probably call it for now.” His attention shifts back to the beautiful woman on his lap, and remains there. “Sorry, lost track of time. I keep doing that.”
